This project is a modern redesign of Prairie Moon Nursery–a plant nursery based in Winona, Minnesota.

I began this brand’s redesign with thorough research of their history and goals. Prairie Moon Nursery sells native plants and seeds with a mission to restore ecosystems and support conservation in the Midwest. The nursery was founded by Doug and Dot Wade, who later passed the business down to their son Alan Wade.

The logo design is inspired by Prairie Moon’s history. Two leaves represent Doug and Dot Wade while the crescent moon represents Alan holding his parent’s dreams.
