Nook Cafe is an original concept of a cafe and third place specifically for high school and college students in urban and suburban areas.

As a commuter student, a third place where I felt welcome was always something I yearned for. I was always searching for somewhere off-campus I could go to relax and work.

The inspiration behind this project comes from the life simulation game Animal Crossing, which I played as a way to de-stress during my time as an undergraduate student. The relaxing and friendly energy players associate with the game was exactly the feeling I envisioned this cafe would have.
